Faster, cheaper, and more available communications for everyone is the promise of the World Wide Web. This site represents Carolyn's attempt to take advantage of the Web.

Some enterprises hope to increase their profitability with Web-enabled communications. They may hope to lower their costs by eliminating middlemen, or get more customers. We have a different goal in mind for this site.

Carolyn's wants to leverage the Web, and this site, to add a new dimension to our customer service. That's the reason there is an E-mail link on every page. We wanted to make it as easy and inviting as possible for you to comunicate with us. Use it! We want you to!

In what ways we'll use this new medium isn't entirely clear. But be certain, this is just the first step. For now, the site doesn't do much more than describe our services and provide us with an E-mail address. Some ideas we're considering are: a monthly E-mail based newsletter with tips, news of events, etc.; expansion of the Authoritative Sites page; creating an online collection of tips and techniques; and creation of our own photo gallery.
